Christmas Wreath Cake
Hello everyone!
Merry Christmas, i hope you all enjoyed your day. So today i am just going to be doing a write up about a christmas wreath cake which i made. it was so easy to make and everyone gave great feedback after trying some.
However, i followed somebody else's recipe on how to make this and they used betty crocker's white super moist cake mix. I used this as it was so much easier and christmas is always a busy time of year so it was really quick to make.
Firstly, i poured the betty crocker cake mix into a large bowl and added 1 and 1/4 cup of water. Then i added 3 egg whites into the mixture. Remember you only use the egg whites, you don't use the whole egg!
Then, i added 1/3 cup of vegetable oil and mixed all the ingredients together.
You then pour the cake mix into a bundt pan to create the christmas wreath look.
Bake your cake for 27 minutes!
Once the cake is baked and cool, equally divide betty crocker whipped cream frosting into two bowls and microwave the 2 bowls one at a time for 5-10 seconds. Then mix with a spoon until it is smooth enough to drizzle over the cake.
To make the frosting look even better you can add food colouring after microwaving it.
for a finishing technique you can add sprinkles and then serve
