Visit to McDonalds - 25th August

Food Review

Firstly,we went through the drive thru so it was quite fast and easier to pay. The customer service was excellent whilst telling the staff our order and paying, which I appreciate because it is very important to be kind to customers. 

Sadly, when we reached the final window to collect our food the staff were not as nice. We asked for curry and tomato sauce with our meal and she didn't look or say anything to us which is very disrespectful if your job is important with the public.

Finally, when we got home the food was fine. It was hot and we didn't have any problems with it which was great! Personally, i think the food at McDonald's is great but customer service needs to improve!
