Hong Sing Chinese Restaurant Buffet

Today i am going to talk Hong Sing which is a Chinese Restaurant Buffet in St.Helens.

Firstly, when we first arrive at the Restaurant we sometimes struggle to find a car parking space because there is a swimming baths over the road which has a very small car park so many people visiting the pool park in the Restaurant's car park!

Secondly, there is always a staff member right at the door when you come in who seats you to your table. We never have to wait to be seated its always really quickly and as soon as we are seated they take your drink order which is excellent customer service because they are working really fast to keep the customers happy!

Thirdly, its a Buffet so you can get your food whenever you want. There is always a large selection of food to have such as noodles, sweet and sour chicken, curry and rice and many more! I enjoy the food here because it is always hot and i have never had any problems with food from there! Also, there are many different deserts to choose from. There is ice-cream, jelly, profiteroles and cakes! There deserts are very unique and different from other Restaurants which is a further reason why i enjoy eating here.

Overall, i think the standard in the Restaurant is excellent, personally i feel the car park needs to be restricted just for customers eating at the Buffet and toilets are clean but not the best i have seen. They could update them and make them look a bit more hygienic!
