Riverdale TV Series Review
Riverdale TV Review
The first episode eagerly starts off with an introduction to what has taken place. Jason's death. Viewers could probably be surprised as to how quickly they are given the information as to what has happened, but straight from the start viewers are given an introduction to what has happened to Jason and some of the lead characters. In the first episode Jason's death is said to have been caused by him drowning when him and his sister were involved in an accident when sailing over a lake.
We soon learn the different characters personalities as the episodes progress. One of main characters being Madelaine Petsch who plays 'Cheryl Blossom' who is the typical mean girl of the programme, cheer captain, and is however Jason's sister.
As the plot develops some of the characters discover Jason's body near the lake and that he has been shot. However, Cheryl has lied about what happened to Jason, and the truth is that Jason never drowned he did make it to shore. However, he told his sister he was running away and would be in contact with her when he was safe, however Cheryl never received any communication from Jason.
We also meet other characters such as Betty, Archie and Veronica who all make an appearance throughout the series. This series shows the stereotypical roles in society, and shows the experience of high school, friends, love and death. It's an exciting drama which will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat.
This is definitely a programme worth the watch as it is enticing and mysterious!
Thanks for reading,
Beth
